Topic: Sustainability is attitude – using the psychology of change
Sometimes, as a green leader in a traditional company, you can feel quite lost. It is good to learn from experience, find out where allies are, exchange and collect ideas in a safe space. In this leadership mindset seminar, Jadranka Darul, Sustainable Transformation Business Development Manager at HW Design, will lead participants in learning what they need to drive the sustainability journey in their company and not get lost in the process. Together, we will discuss the culture in a company, what shapes everyday working life, and how change can be initiated.
This webinar series will consist of four sessions:
April 25th: Sustainability is a team sport – allies in the company and common goals
June 6th: Sustainability is persuasion – filling the argumentation case for the board and canteen
June 27th: Sustainability is corporate culture – understanding brand values
July 11th: Sustainability is attitude – using the psychology of change
